The renaissance of Surf City USA began with the construction of this four-story 8,361 SM mixed-use project of retail, restaurants, theaters and offices. Situated at the intersection of Main St. and Pacific Coast Highway, the Pavilion is an iconic counterpoint to the Huntington Beach Municipal Pier. The project’s senior architect was Rick Solberg.
