With strong continued growth, MCM Group International decided to provide an international internship program in order to share its extensive design experience with young designers. MCM hopes that this influx of young talent will provide a fresh propelling force to its own development.
MCM Group greatly appreciates the valuable exchanges with its numerous allied universities. Michael C. Michelle, CEO of MCM, has participated in seminars at the universities regularly over the years with the aim of sharing his experience with faculties and students, as well as offering enhanced learning opportunities for students.
MCM initiated the internship program in collaboration with top universities in 2012. Each year 6-8 students are selected to work in U.S.A on MCM projects. They are led by experienced designers who mentor them in the application of their advanced knowledge into design practices.
