The Eco-Agriculture Resort is divided into two halves with the predominately agrarian south-eastern half devoted to public functions, attractions and a mansion development while the generally lakeside-oriented north-west portion is dedicated to more private residential purposes. The main design concept is to create a juxtaposition of two diverse yet complimentary lifestyle sectors: a more active, tourist-dependent zone in a pastoral setting featuring wetlands verses a more relaxed, resort-lifestyle waterfront district.
